Terms Of Service

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time, giving the client a full/partial refund.

I retain the copyright of the sprite work, while you are granted perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce, use, distribute, & display the sprite work once completed. I retain the right to adapt and make derivate works.

You are required to credit me whenever the sprite work is used.

It is strictly prohibited to use any sprite work for AI learning.

 

Paying for a commission means that you've read and accept this Terms of Service. Any violations shall lead to the commission being cancelled, the client being blacklisted, and/or additional fees.
